Best Western Longview

I liked that it was clean. The car noise is bad. Hard to sleep

It was clean, comfortable and convenient. My husband left his pillow and the hotel put it in lost and found until we could return and pick it up after our cruise.

Great location, Waffle House and Texas Road House located nearby. I liked that the front desk made the accomadation to put me on the ground floor

Room 109 smelled like stale beer and the breakfast was the worst ever encountered in the past 30 years, simply awful, powdered eggs and microwaved bacon, yuk. Fortunately a Waffle House was in walking distance. Shampoo room 109's stale beer smelling carpet or tear it out, nasty.

I did not eat breakfast only had hot tea but it looked good. The staff was friendly.

Landscaping under renovation at front of hotel, elevator under repair not that we needed it as we were on the first floor

This hotel is in a great location. I stay during the month of August and the AC cooled the room with no problems. Staff was very helpful and check and out were very quick. Good internet. Plenty of restaurants around the area to choose from. I would stay again.
