"A hidden gem on the A6"

The garden patio room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A fridge was a bonus to put our drinks in. The leisure facilities were well appointed. Again, very clean. All staff were helpful and professional. A nice sunfilled bar runs along the front of the hotel.

First impressions of the hotel from outside is that it looks like a prison.

"Great stay but charging per person for the spa was a surprise"

Lovely been a few times before highly recommended

Unfortunately £10 extra per person to access the spa facilities isn’t good, last twice stayed was included as we were residents Would have been £40 for all 4 guests to use the spa - additionally to our room/breakfast costs
