L’arredamento e la posizione. Non avevo ricevuto indicazioni sul recupero chiavi, ma per fortuna mi hanno risposto al telefono. Deposito chiavi poco intuitivo da individuare

Non c’era shampoo e doccia schiuma per farsi 2 docce, visto che ero lì per 2 notti con un’altra persona.

Pictures nicer than reality. Ground floor flat in a super location, but dark and no possibility to open a window. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher, but no tabs to use them. As a traveller you would appreciate some customer focus in terms of maybe a bottle of water or coffee capsules or so. Do not expect this here.

Great location near main places to visit. Safe and comfortable. Hair dryer and steamer were provided. Clean and organized place. Very well endowed. Wi-Fi

We took a taxi from the airport to go to the place where we were supposed to get the keys, but it was closed. We had to call and go to a different place, even that we were asked to let the host know our arrival time. Bathroom located downstairs. Not having an electric coffee maker.

Not sure why this property is on a hotel booking website as it is a property managed through a 3rd party property management company. You are not “hosted” as a guest, but are required to sign a short term rental agreement before you are given any details about the property location. There is then an extensive list on how to turn on every appliance in the property - heating, HWS, and even Wi-Fi was turned off. Who turns the Wi-Fi modem off these days??? So of course when the modem was turned on, it failed to complete setup and therefore there was no wifi. A day and a half dealing with their support team resulted in numerous requests for photos of the modem and the old “have you turned it off and on again” we gave up. The apartment is also in a mobile phone black spot without any signal. Apartment advertised as having a full kitchen, but there was many utensils missing so it was pretty useless. Extensive list of euro fines for dirty dishes and mess etc, but no dishwashing tabs, tea towels, brooms etc provided to ensure everything left clean. Key pick up and drop off at a souvenier shop 500 metres from apartment. Overall, not what we expected.

The process of picking and returning the keys is a bit peculiar having to go to a store at a different location to do this. After making the booking I was informed of some additional potential costs like extra charge of 10 euro if trash was not thrown out and also an extra charge if there were any dishes left not washed. I understand is nice to leave things tidy but it seemed to me a bit overkill. Also they request confirmation of everything. Report when we enter the house, report at what time we are checking out... All this is accompanied with a sentence "if you don't inform us we will be calling you until you do". I appreciate the contact, it sounded a bit too much and that inwas not being trusted, but was manageable.

100% absolutely nothing.

We arrived at the most disgusting and dirty property. After seeing the state of the property, we immediately walked out and had to book another hotel late in the evening (an extreme inconvenience). We contacted the person that provided us with the keys to let them know the condition of the space and he explained that even for him was impossible to reach the owner by phone. He emailed them only to receive this response: we would have to wait for the cleaners to come the next morning. Obviously, with Covid still a concern, we were not going to risk staying in a filthy space. There were pubic hairs throughout the space including on the bed, the couch, near the dining table, and the bathroom. There was no soap in the bathroom or the kitchen. There were footprints on the surface of the dining chairs. Spiderwebs and dust were present throughout. We contacted Booking.com immediately to inform them that we were leaving the property right then and left the keys on the table. We demanded a full refund as we absolutely couldn’t stay there. Booking attempted to reach the owner and they were given the same answer: we should stay overnight and then wait for a cleaning crew to come to the apartment in the morning. We didn’t feel like sleeping in such a disgusting place and had to deal with the stress of trying to relocate at night in a town we didn’t know. We made several attempts to request a full refund for this terrible experience for weeks now, even providing over 30 images and videos as proof of the filthy property. Booking told us that the owner would not refund us at all. We feel as if we were robbed of 430 euros. It’s not ok to expect people to stay in your dirty property during the pandemic, especially with not even a container of soap and pubic hairs everywhere. For anyone considering this property, these photos speak for themselves.
