Närheten till färdmedel. Temperatiren i rummet. Välstädat. Väldigt tillmötesgående personal.

Ett rent fördjävligt område gällande social nivå. Missbrukare i hotellets alla hörn. Mämnniskar som satt och missbrukade helt öppet på hatorna till och från hotellet. Otrygg känsla när mörkret faller på. Badrum hade ingen golvbrun för vatten från dusch eller handfat. Stor halkrisk. Små allmänna utrymmen. Endast en hiss att dela på (även städpersonal använde samma hiss). Kräver betydligt mer av ett **** hotell

Der Service beim Check- in war super . Ganz viele Vorschläge bekommen und sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war super, für jeden was dabei. Und auch dort war das Personal sehr nett. In die Bar kann man auch gehen. Immer ein Snack zum Getränk. Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön, mit kleinem Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage, großer Fernseher, alles top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen beim nächsten Besuch in Hamburg auf jeden Fall wieder.
