sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, vielseitig umfangreich und deutlich über dem Standard in anderen Hotels. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausreichend Platz

da gibt es nichts zu meckern

Die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof, sehr sauberes Hotel!

Das Frühstück was wir nicht gleich dazu gebucht hatten, für 14€ pro Person, sondern erst im Hotel in Anspruch genommen haben, war doppelt so teuer, also 28€ pro Person!!Das war ein schöner Schock beim ausschecken und viel zu teuer!!!!

Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür, U-Bahn ca 5/7 Minuten entfernt. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück hervorragend man konnte sich sogar Waffeln backen. Eine nette Bar die zu einem Absacker einlädt. Zimmer sauber und gemütlich.

Betten ein bisschen schmal und zum Schrank wenig Platz, man musste aufpassen sich nicht anzustoßen. Im Bad haben leider Handtuch Aufhänger gefehlt. Föhn zwischen Waschbecken und Toilette fand ich sehr unpraktisch.

"Ein sehr gut geführtes Haus!"

Wir hatten ein großes, helles und absolut ruhiges Zimmer. Die Betten waren prima, so dass wir gut geschlafen haben! Eine Nespresso Maschine stand zur Verfügung, eine schöne Sache, wenn man geschwind' einen Kaffee benötigte 😀

Die Wahl für das BW Hotel fiel auch wegen der Lage.... in Bezug auf unser Besichtigungsprogramm. Doch die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs HH brachte letztlich auch die bekannten Nachteile durch die "Klientel" auf der Straße mit sich.....

"Im großen und ganzen kann man das Hotel empfehlen."

Frühstück war super. Die Lage ist durch die Hauptbahnhofsnähe gut. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung.

Das Bad war leider nicht so gut wie letztes Jahr. Dasselbe gilt für das Bett. Der Barkeeper war dieses Jahr sehr unfreundlich. Die Nähe des Hauptbahnhof ist in einer Hinsicht positiv und auf anderer Seite negativ da man an Obdachlosen und Süchtige vorbei muss um ins Hotel zu gelangen. Was vor allem nachts nicht so schön ist.

"Uncomfortable central Hamburg stay"

Central location, Decent breakfast

Steps up from road made it difficult with suitcases. Room was very small. Bed was extremely hard and so uncomfortable. Lots of road noise.

In dieser Lage ein solches Hotel zu finden war schon Glück. Wir haben schon einige Hotels in Hamburg ausprobiert aber keines war so ausgezeichnet wie dieses.

Pro Person € 24,00 fürs Frühstücksbuffet ist zu viel.
