역 바로 앞이라 대중교통으로 여행하기 좋고, 역 주변 거리도 깨끗하고 안전했다. 구도심이 가깝고 주변에 rewe 등 쇼핑센타가 있고 식당도 많아 편리하다.

대로변 방이라 창문을 열면 고가도로로 달리는 차량이 많아 시끄러웠고 시설이 조금 오래됨. 호텔 복도 중간에 계단이 있어 조심해서 다녀야한다.
