Struttura stupenda, la piscina quel tocco in più. Colazione squisita e gentilezza assicurata. Straconsigliato, torneremo sicuramente.

Supervriendelijke gastvrouw. Heerlijk uitgebreid zoet en huisgemaakt ontbijt. Mooie tuin, fijn zwembad. Ook aan kinderen is gedacht. Grote slaapkamer met extra voorkamer was ideaal! Bed sliep fantastisch. Als uitvalsbasis ideaal! Authentieke gastvrijheid 🤩.

Engels wordt niet gesproken. Ik begrijp dat ook wij ons moeten aanpassen uiteraard, maar het was soms daardoor wat ongemakkelijk. Vast ook voor de gastvrouw zelf. Voor een kamer met keukentje zou wat bestek/servies fijn geweest zijn. Dan kun je aftoe zelf een appeltje schillen of flesje wijn openen 😉. Douche was voor ons passen en meten als lange personen, maar verder supernetjes!

La casa nel villaggio si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare le mete principali della valle d’Itria. La struttura è semplice e pulita e sicuramente il punto di forza è il giardino esterno, molto curato e ricco di piante e la piscina. Molto gentili e disponibili i proprietari

The gardens and pool area are lovely. The owners have clearly invested time and money in making it attractive and inviting. That is mainly what attracted us to the property. The breakfast was plentiful and charming sat in the shady setting of the pretty garden. Anna and her husband were as friendly as you could be using Google translate as they do not speak English and I only have a limited knowledge of Italian!

We left after 2 nights. The accommodation is basic and is in much need of updating and refurbishment. The beds, pillows and linen were well worn and not comfortable at all. The room was dark and felt claustrophobic even on a bright sunny day. The bathroom is unacceptable, the shower is in the eaves and you cannot stand up in it. Despite there being a functioning kitchenette with 2 ring hob and sink there are no utensils supplied, not even a glass to drink water from just a small stack of thin plastic throw away cups. The owners really need to invest some money in updating the accommodation side of the business, there is 'authentic' and then there is unacceptable, it was very disappointing when we arrived. You also need a car, there are no amenities close by despite it being in a residential area. There are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance, The Cortilleto was a gem of a find! Overall outside space really lovely but accommodation disappointing. In my opinion the owners are missing a trick not supplying a few amenities for the kitchenette.

If you want to experience truly Italian accommodation you will find it here. The garden is amazing - it is a pure pleasure to spend time there. The pool and its surrounding is super clean. Delicious breakfast! The room is clean. I have never had more soft towels :) The owners put a lot of heart to it.

It would be great to have a small set of cutlery, 2 glasses, 2 plates in the room (especially when you come with a child, it is useful to have such stuff available).
