My family rented two rooms for four days last week. I had to move rooms after the first night because the air conditioner was clanging. All three rooms smelled like they had been smoked in in the past. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is very basic. The scrambled eggs came out of a carton and had the consistency of a firm sponge or cardboard every single day. The staff said many guests had complained about them but the management hasn’t responded. There are no gutters on the front of the hotel so, if it rains, you’re going to get very wet trying to get in and out of your car. It was a convenient location for my family but next time I will travel further and find a better hotel.

My daughter and I were very impressed with their breakfast! Waffles, cereal, muffins, fresh eggs biscuits bacon sausage. Rooms were great, clean and comfy. We enjoyed the laundry service as we were traveling and moving. Pool was refreshing and clean and located so conveniently in hartland with lots of stuff to do and see.
