Séjour parfait ! Personnel agréable et professionnel. 2 espaces spa complets, très propres, de qualité. Pensez à descendre à l'étage du garage pour trouver le second espace spa (textile exclusivement). L'espace textilfrei avait notre préférence. La demi-pension est en réalité une pension 3/4 avec un buffet plus que complet le midi. Bravo au pâtissier, les gâteaux étaient équilibrés et délicieux. Les repas sont copieux et les produits utilisés de qualité. Le service est très efficace. Garage 15e/jour mais possibilité de se garer dans la rue gratuitement. Merci pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons !

Excellent hotel with everything a family needs for a vacation. Parking is in the hotel garage, and it’s easy and convenient to get to your car. The breakfast selection is very wide, and everyone can find something - I especially recommend their breakfast muesli. During our stay, there was also a wide choice of snacks and light meals for lunch. Dinner is a real experience: great food served course by course, and if you're still hungry, you can help yourself at the cheese buffet with a wide variety of cheeses from all around the world. If you're with kids, you won’t miss the playroom, where you can find soccer, pool, air hockey, and some arcade games. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Pillows are very comfy - I always used to have problems with them in another hotels, but those fit me great - not big not small, just right enough. Staff is exceptional - they're always smiling, happy to help and to make your visit even better. The location could be better, but it’s not bad - if you want to ski, the best way is to take the hotel shuttle bus. GaPa downtown is about a 10–15 minute walk away. Riesersee is highly recommended for a light trip with kids.

Это идеальная гостиница.Еда выше всяких похвал,кстати,мы заказали от Букинга пол пансиона и получили от гостиницы еще и ланч.Вечером ужин как в лучшем ресторане,завтрак и ланч с огромным выбором.Чистота необычайная,убирают каждый день.СПА просто сказочный,расположен на трех этожах.Самый верхний с внешним бассейном и саунами только для взрослых.Для детей есть полно развлекалок,им тоже хорошо здесь.В любое место довозит и забирает шатл.Мы обязательно хотим вернуться с друзьями и родителями,с Божьей помощью.
