One employee was particularly rude and deactivated our room keys because there was dog hair on the sheets. We booked here because Super 8 is pet friendly and we did notify we were bring a dog. We had 2 rooms, my wife and niece had our dog In their room, while myself and my nephew had the other room. The woman at the desk called us "unclean" because she found dog hair (in the room with no pet) and tried to make me pay a cash "pet deposit" to unlock our rooms. This was on the 2nd night of our stay. We only used the rooms to sleep and shower because the field trial we were attending goes for 16 hours each day. The fan in the bathroom didnt work, the towels were stained and in poor condition, and the door seal was messed up in one of the rooms and the door would bang everytime the wind blew.
