First the positives: the location is perfect, and the room was a good size, clean, and well equipped with a large bed and plenty of storage space. A complimentary bottle of water was supplied every day, which was appreciated. Some of the reception staff were very helpful, providing plug adapters when needed, and the restaurants they recommended were excellent. Unfortunately, there were several issues that seriously affected our stay. Despite being on the 4th floor, we were woken every morning between 6am and 7am by the noise of the road cleaner outside. On our first night, there was also constant noise from a family in the room above us until well after midnight. While this may not entirely have been the hotel’s fault, combined with the early morning noise it resulted in a very poor night’s sleep. At midday on the second day, the air conditioning failed throughout the entire hotel. I appreciate this happened during a heatwave and that technical issues can occur, but we specifically booked this hotel because it advertised air conditioning. The hotel had no fans available and did not offer any additional bottled water or other measures to help guests cope with the heat. What disappointed us most was the response from management the following day. After another night with very little sleep, the lady on reception, who I believe was the manager, showed little empathy, offered no apology, and certainly no form of compensation. It could have been a perfect stay because the hotel itself has many positives, but after two of the worst nights’ sleep I’ve had and the poor response from management, we will not be returning

Great location, and close to the ferry terminal. Average quality, but served our needs.

Parking is very difficult, even with the fantastic help they gave. Underground with tight ramps and steep turns.

Incredible stay. The family room had a door between the beds for the kids and the adults which is much appreciated. The location is fantastic and parking is available if you book in advance although parking is VERY tight. Aircon was GREAT, staff was very kind, and breakfast was very good. Hot and cold options with lots of pastry and yogurt options.

Nothing. Everything was great.

Anfahrt zum Hotel etas schwierig da man durch extrem Wnge Gassen fährt, aber ok

De locatie was helemaal top! Midden in Saint-Malo en dan nog met parkeerplaats. Restaurants werde keurig door het hotel geregeld.

Ach, een beetje meer ruimte op de kamer.

Emplacement idéal en intramuros, zone de fraicheur en soi par temps de canicule, à proximité de tout (restauration, commerces, plages, palais du Grand Large pour le festival Étonnants Voyageurs, remparts et jetée pour la promenade matinale ou vespérale. Le confort de l'hôtel de la literie à la salle d'eau. Et le bon fonctionnement de la climatisation qui s'imposait. Séjour suffisamment agréable pour ne pas avoir pensé à tester la TV. Un service de réservation de taxi effectif pour notre retour à la gare SNCF, fort appréciable par très forte chaleur.

Un détail mais qui aurait pu annihiler l'intérêt du kit d'accueil en chambre : le fil pour connecter la bouilloire électrique est trop court. Nous avons donc dû improviser en posant la bouilloire, avec son socle chauffant, en équilibre sur une tasse. Peut-être faudrait-il, sans nécessairement changer l'appareil mais ce serait le mieux, prévoir un dessous de plat suffisamment haut pour remédier à ce petit problème.
