A/c didn’t work, bathroom door was broken, fridge was unplugged, left after 1night I paid for 2

I was shocked the room had no microwave, no mini fridge and no mini coffee pot. The bathroom sink was in the room next to the bed, the room needs updated badly.

Room was dirty, lock did not work, and toilet was not even flushed!!!

Pretty run down. Not easily accessible from road

The floors were sticky (carpet and tile). The juice machine was out of juice. The tub did not drain and the toilet did not flush properly. The staff was very nice and pleasant. It was convenient to the interstate. I would not return to this site because the hotel was so dirty.

Manager was wonderful! She really helped us out because I booked the wrong accommodations . She fixed it for me! She also gave us a secure place to keep our electric bikes. The motel itself is dirty, old and bed was very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

The hallway outside of the rooms smells like cat pee. The shower was so unclear we could not use it. The shower curtain was moldy. The sheets did not seem like they had been cleaned since last used. When the sheets and mattress cover were pulled back to check for bed bugs, the mattress was dirty and brown. The staff was very nice and friendly but unfortunately I am not likely to visit again.

Could not stay. Strong odors in room, possibly of mold. Generally poor appearance. Staff had done their best, but the motel is old and tired, and generally run down. I requested a refund, but did not receive one.

Dirty. Hole in wall. Beds uncomfortable. Trash not taken out from last customer. No new toilet paper roll put on. No comforter on bed. King size wasn't king size

The front desk was amazing at our 2 am check in. Thank you!
