Wingate by Wyndham Bellingham Heritage Inn

This place was such a disappointment. The front desk lady, Artie, was so nice but I did not complain to her because every single time I walked by, she was getting an earful from unhappy guests. Our room was in the basement next to the laundry. There was no elevator or covered staircase, the pipes rattled noisily, the housekeepers were incredibly loud outside our room and the breakfast was inedible. If you had to stay here because every place else is booked, it would work, but now knowing that the other places were clean, well maintained and just a smidge more, I totally regret picking this place.

The gym was surprisingly nice as was the front desk person, Artie. Besides that, this place is a last resort. Our room was in basement next to the laundry (no elevator). The pipes knocked loudly every time someone flushed. The breakfast looked disgusting. The housekeepers kept their radios on full blast and their conversation was so loud in the hallway. If you have to stay here because everything else is full, it's fine, but if there's a choice, choose somewhere else.

The mattress and pillow in our room were extremely soft. So soft that I have been 2 days with extreme pain on my neck.

This hotel is very clean, the rooms are very nice. The beds are soft. Breakfast was nice. We will be back

unfortunately the toilet tank was running water nonstop all night long when we arrived it was a little loud through the night :(

Decent stay and value for budget, dining area and other amenities like the gym and reception is located in a different complex which can be tricky navigating on the property. The EV charger does not work, management has no plans to fix it.

In Bellingham for a medical procedure. The front desk made the best choice for our room closest to the entry. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty standard, bagels, toast, waffles, eggs and sausage. Most notably the hotel is older but everything throughout is clean and easy to figure out. No issues at all, pleasant stay.

Visit was in the spring of 2024. Absolutely gross room. If we weren’t already so late in the evening we might have left. After dragging all our things upstairs the room was tired and smelly. Bed and linens equally awful. Will never return. Leaving this review to remind us to never come back.
