Best Western Desert Villa Inn

Cockroaches!! Only stayed about 3 minutes… checked out immediately, I’m requesting a refund !

I asked for a room on the ground floor and they gave me one.

The room was the furthest from the front office. There was no internet available. I called and they said they restarted the router, but I never saw the Best Western internet on my phone or computer, so I had to do without. Also I was cold and called front office for a blanket, and they told me to come to the office to get it at 11pm at night when I was already in bed. In the morning I came for the breakfast, and the breakfast room was draped in caution tape, cordoning off an extra room. I trusted the name brand of The Best Western, but this was a corporate buy of an old motel, dreadfully run down, and 2 days later, I'm still shaking off the dreadful feeling it gave me for my one night stay.

The Breakfast was awesome more that we expected.

The cleanliness of the floor carpet can be much better.
