"Pet Travelers Beware"

The room was clean, staff was friendly and was a fair price for the room but unfortunately on the listing under "pets" it says it is pet friendly and up to two twenty-pound dogs can stay. However, you have to look under "fees" to see that there is actually a fee for a pet to stay. I have always found in the past that if there is a fee the hotel lists them under "pets". I found this experience to be deceptive, but I don't know if it is the hotel's fault or hotels.com.

We drove to this hotel last night and tried to check in. Instead they told us they were overbooked by 10 rooms after standing in line for over 30 minutes. We had to find a different hotel. We never ended up staying there.

Horrible experience from check-in to check-out. They were giving people working keys to rooms that were already occupied WITH PEOPLE IN THEM. Lock on our room didn’t work. They had to personally let us in each time. No heat in our room. Zero heat in February! It wouldn’t even turn on. Apparently they were fixing breakers on the majority of rooms all evening. Everything was outdated and in poor condition.

"Business trip "

Typical 2star motel. Had the average amenities. Front desk person very kind and available for daily housekeeping. The downside was the free wifi, def not high speed. Was there for business so I ended up leaving because of terrible connection.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful!!!!! Best receptionist ever! It would be better if they had a bit more for breakfast, but I was ok with coffee and a muffin.

"Unsatisfactory"

This location definitely needs some updates. One example was the blow dryer (see photo) or is that a vacuum? Also, I got a little surprise when I got there & saw a sign saying "No pets"! When I inquired about that (since the booking indicated that it was pet friendly) I was told that they had limited rooms & that I should've called them directly after making the reservations! On top of that, I was charged an additional $45/day (pet fee), but was told that it's normally $75/day, so they apparently were giving me a deal! I had a similiar situation like this one (at a different hotel chain) when I booked through a third party.
