I liked the vibe of the place. Hostess was friendly, accommodating and very helpful.

I honestly would have loved covered parking. The next day when we left I had to move all my things to the car in the rain.

We had a very comfortable 2 night stay. The flat was very clean and was equipped with everything that we needed. I can recommend Charlotte House and we will definitely stay there again.

Very spacious accommodation, great location next to the nature reserve. Full DSTV bouquet, very comfortable large bed with cotton linen, huge bathroom, very quiet and secure, cold not have asked for more. And there was plenty to keep us warm on a cold day, wall heaters, oil heater, underfloor heating in the bathroom and electric blankets (and hot water bottles). SA is not well equipped for winter travelers, so this was such a fantastic surprise. We will be back.

Lovely spacious rooms with great views, lots of light and a private outside barbecue area. Even though it was chilly being winter, we were never cold. Hot blankets and heated floors in the bathroom were a bonus.

The main bed was a bit hard.
