Receptionspersonal - mottagandet ok. Check ut inte alls bra, med ändring av besked av en något senare check out var ok (knapp timme). Denna lilla "övertid" debiterades. Även när jag visade mitt missnöje, bemöttes det med...ingen reaktion. Vi blev erbjudna av trevlig personal på Spa att det var fint om vi ville stanna lite längre (nästan inget folk i Spa) så var vi välkomna. Detta nekades dock av receptionspersonal.

Der stod på bookingbekræftelsen, at der ville være streamingtjenester tilgængelige, men det var der ikke. Receptionisten kunne ikke hjælpe og henførte til Chromecast - men dette virkede heller ikke, og heller ikke dette kunne receptionisten hjælpe med.

Dejlig morgenmad . god beliggenhed i forhold til byen . Venlig og hjælpsom personale. Fint hotel😊

Håndvask på værelset , det er lidt bøvlet. 3/4seng Var ikke opmærksom på dette da jeg bookede, Min egen fejl, plejer ellers at være obs på dobbeltseng😊
