Wyndham Garden Stillwater

When we arrived at the property, I was told that they did not accept cash and I was shocked because it did not say this online with booking. The nighttime manager okayed a cash transaction, therefore letting us into our room. Once in our room, we settled in fine. However, the next morning there was hardly any breakfast 30 minutes after it started the pool was closed the entire time and I have attached a picture of our bathroom vent in which you can see has not been cleaned in what appears to be a very long time and looks as if it was growing something. To say the least, we will not stay at this hotel or one that belongs in its chain ever again.

The pool wasn't open the restaurant wasn't open and the bar was not open. The staff was very rude

Room was big enough to use a twin air mattress for third kid. Polite and helpful staff!

There were homeless wandering around the grounds. I asked if I could cancel my stay as I did not feel comfortable in this area and was told no. I left and found another, safer, less creepy hotel.

Dirty and damp. Shower head was broke and there was mold on the shower curtain. My son found a razor blade knife on the shelf

Hotel smelled so bad of weed felt unsafe was handing out the master key to everyone gave us a room that was already occupied next room door didn’t shut third room woke up with a used bandaid from someone else stuck on me breakfast was cold I have asked to speak to the manager several times and they won’t let me when making the reservation told me pool was open pool had been down since December and jacuzzi was concrete in admitted to the lady lieing to me fitness room was a bike broken weight bench but no weights windows where nasty dust everywhere I told them third floor smelled so bad of weed and I had children lady at front desk just said ya and knotted her head yes

Don’t stay here! Everyone I met had a significant complaint. Dirty rooms, one woman woke up with a dirty bandaid on her that wasn’t theirs. The card machine kept going down so no one’s cards worked but this is apparently a regular thing. Staff was just handing out master keys to people that worked for every room. One lady said they gave her the wrong key twice which she walked in on other people sleeping. Homeless people in lobby. Mold in bathroom. Just don’t do it.

We stayed 30 min and left, it was that bad!
