Best Western Inn & Suites New Braunfels

We arrived just past 3:00 p.m., as we had a birthday celebration in Greuen. Everything was as it should be. The room was ready. A friendly desk person greeted us. The room was nice, and the bed was firm. We were well rested the next day. Check-out was smooth. We would stay again.

This location was a great experience from checking in and checking out. The staff were amazing and respectful. The cleanliness of the rooms were great. Rooms were super clean and had no bad odors, beds were comfortable, pillows were good as well. Bathroom was super clean, towels were clean and house keeping cleans your room daily. Our 5 day stay was amazing. Parking was free and was safe, well lit and no homeless people. Location was close to Buc-ees plenty of places to eat. The free breakfast was good your typical free breakfast options, eggs, sausages, breakfast potatoes, their famous Texas shaped waffles, coffee and assorted cereals and juices. Overall the location was clean and safe and perfect if you are going with kids.

I was there for a dance competition and it was really close to the school

The beds were very uncomfortable, they had a metal spring frame that made noise every time you move. The pillows were uncomfortable as well. Breakfast needs to be better with more options. The door to our room was very hard to close, we had to slam hard for it to close. You can hear the noise from outside, which i didn't like.

The price and location were good. The grounds and room were clean. The breakfast was included. I loved that there was no carpet. The floors were clean.

The heavy musty smell in the room. This may have something to do with the age of the facility. The bed was not at all comfortable. At breakfast, the milk was spoiled. When I reported it, they quickly replaced it. You get what you pay for.

My sister and I stayed specifically for the hot tub which I verified in advance if it was operating. It was luke warm and the jets didn’t work properly. In the room, the a/c kept turning off even though the control was set to continuous fan.

The staff was very friendly and having the coffe maker in the lobby going 24/7 was awesome. Room was clean and my area was very quiet. Will stay here again.I had to make a last minute reservation and the staff and met my requests as to location of my room.

A small, older facility that had been updated, especially the beautiful lobby/breakfast area. Rooms are spacious, not fancy but very nice for the price. It was very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay again when I return to San Antonio following the birth of my great-granddaughter.

I didn’t expect much as far as the room and quality of the hotel itself but the customer service was horrible and that was very disappointing.
