Hotel was nice, and quiet. Staff was friendly and cordial. I would definitely stay again.

On July 23rd around 6 PM, I stopped at America’s Best Value Inn in Aberdeen, Mississippi while traveling. Upon entering the lobby, I was met by a man in a t-shirt and shorts standing in the lobby—not behind the counter—who did not appear to be an employee. After waiting a moment and seeing no one else, I asked if he worked there. His response was sarcastic: "No, my job is just to stand here all day." Then he went behind the desk. I informed him I needed an ADA-accessible room for two adults. He glanced outside and saw my service dog (a German Shepherd) in the car and immediately said, "You mean ADHD?" I was stunned by the joke, which was completely inappropriate. He then stated there would be a $100 pet fee. I explained my dog is a trained service animal and not a pet. He replied, "We require paperwork. We don’t allow pets." I tried to clarify further, but he interrupted again repeating that paperwork was required. I reminded him that under federal law, service dog owners are not required to carry or present documentation. When I asked for his name, he responded, "I don’t have to provide paperwork either." At that point, I left. This was not only a clear violation of ADA guidelines, but the sarcasm and dismissiveness were unprofessional and offensive. Travelers with disabilities deserve respectful and lawful treatment. I would not recommend this location to anyone—especially those traveling with a service animal.

The room was clean. Bathroom has been recently renovated. Shower was very good with lots of hot water and very good shower head. Over all I was pleased with the room. The only negative was the continental breakfast. Non existent. They really should not advertise that they have one.

Pleasant surprise. The room was Clean and had a good shower. The fabric of the building and motel Was Well Maintained with fresh blue and yellow paint throughout. furnishings were tired and need replacing.

The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and accomodating. The management provided outstanding customer and resolved all issues immeadiately. I highly recommend this stay to others seeking to receive more for your money experience.

Feels sketchy

Not too bad of condition for the old building and price . Towels needs to be upgraded or use bleach . Saw some hair in towels and bedding that was not ours. But owner was nice. The washer and ice machine were not in service due to cold weather.

The staff I came in contact with was very friendly, and polite. What I didn't like was the room smelled very bad, and was extremely dirty microwave dirty, bath tub had a slow drainage took hours for the water to drain out after taking your shower, fridge barely getting cold. I want chose to stay here again.
