Campfire Hotel

Unique environment with attention to details in decorating. Encourages meeting other travelers around the fire pit and poo. Great food trucks in the parking lot in the morning for breakfast and coffee purchase

It is located on a major busy road, but once you get down into the property you feel like you are in a unique environment.

Convenient on the main road.

Room was very spacious and functional. Bed was super comfortable.

Bathroom could have been better, specifically the shower, a lot of pressure issues-- either really high pressure or low pressure in showers.

Location was great . Easy to get to town, shopping, and entertainment. Near many restaurant options. Great little food truck court a half block behind the building.

Parking was a bit of a challenge, looked like many resorted to street parking because they had oversized vehicles. Beds were a bit soft, we were used to firm mattresses. Quiet time was 10pm but we could clearly hear people until 130 in the morning.

This was our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint! Love the short walk to downtown, pool, and comfy rooms. We’ll come back again!

The light went out over our bathroom sink and the staff was quick to respond, but it seems it was just an old fixture- it continued to work only intermittently. Shower also got the bathroom wet and there was no blow dryer in our room. Just very tiny details that were missing!

You can tell it was and old hotel and just painted and decorated to be cute. The hotel definitely brings a party crowd with lots of noise. There’s even provided ear buds… not impressed with noise levels. Drinks throughout property and music going till 10pm.

Incredible location. Lots of food options and activities within walking distance. The pool was kept clean and is a good size. There's lots of outdoor seating, both in the pool area and throughout the hotel property. The decor was themed without being cheesy or over the top. The desk and nightstands were very sturdy. Gave me lots of options for storage. The chairs were very comfortable. I absolutely fell in love with the shower head and the water pressure. And thank god for actual liquid hand soap at a hotel! I was so relieved they had normal hand soap (instead of a bar of soap like at most hotels I've been to). All of the soap, shampoo, lotion, etc smelled amazing.

The room was very dark. The only way to get natural light is to leave the blinds/curtains on the window open, and that means everyone walking outside can see your entire room without trying. Otherwise, you'll have to have two lamps on and an overhead light just to see the room clearly. It might have just been a problem with my room, but small flies were always either gathering at or coming from the sink, especially in the morning. The bathroom is also very small. The hotel internet was very slow and occasionally cut out entirely. The AC unit is loud and the walls are thin, but they do provide complementary ear plugs.
