At least common areas and our room were clean.

They need to change those mattressesโ€ฆ they are in REALLY BAD conditionsโ€ฆ after hours of road trip, we decided to stay here just for sleep, sadly no sleep because of the mattress condition

The size of the rooms and separate a/c unit for living room and bedroom. Especially likes the bedroom door closes.

Breakfast ending at 9am without knowing it. We went at 9:30am because we are used to 10am cutoff during the week.

"Comfortable, quiet,, clean and well maintained."

Very quiet

No one at front desk when I arrived. Later, it seemed to be a social meeting place with 2-3 people talking behind the desk.
