Sängarna var sköna.

Frukosten kunde varit bättre. Bränd fusk bacon. Ingen pannkaka till barnen. Smaksatt yoghurt kunde finnas. Restaurang maten höll inte heller riktigt måttet. Smaklöst.

"Schwierige Anreise, Zimmer nicht wie gebucht."

Hotel reagierte auf entstandene Probleme mit einem kleinen Geschenk, um die Sitation etwas angenehmer zu gestalten.

Wir haben für unsere Tanzgruppe mehrere Zimmer gebucht. Die Anreise war leider sehr enttäuschend. Trotz mehrfacher vorheriger Kontaktaufnahme und hinterlegter Namen kam es beim CheckIn zu erheblichen Problemen (um 2Uhr Nachts) bei der Zimmerzuordnung, obwohl die Buchnung bereits drei Monate in Voraus erfolgte. Zusätzlich entsprachen die Zimmer nicht der gebuchten und bezahlten Kategorie. Das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer war anderweitig vergeben und konnte daher nicht bereitgestellt werden. Stattdessen wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer, ohne entsprechende Austattung bereitgestellt. Eine Rückerstattung wurde bisher nicht durchgeführt.
