"Städtetrip"

Wir waren bereits das 2.mal Gast. Die Lage und die Verbindungen der SBahnen sind einfach unschlagbar. Das Auto in der Tiefgarage parken (20/p.Nacht) und für E-Autos zusätzlich pro Ladevorgang 15,-, absolut in Ordnung Für uns immer wichtig, dass es eine Ladmöglichkeit gibt und das ist hier einfach TOP. Auto parken und alles mit den Öffis erreichen. So macht eine Städtreise Spass 😊 Wie immer fehlte auch am Frühstücksbuffet 💛

WBei der Abreise (nach 4 Tagen) haben wir gefragt, warum denn niemand das Zimmer gereinigt hat....Wasser und Kaffee wurde täglich aufgefüllt, aber weder den Müll geleert noch die benutzen Tassen getauscht oder gereinigt. Toilettenpapier mussten wir ebefalls nachfragen Aber: es war wohl ein Kommunikationsfehler der Rezeption, denn das hätte uns gesagt werden müssen: Gereinigt wird nur, wenn man ein Schild raushängt. Fürs nächste mal wissen wir es 🙃 Als Entschuldigung gab es das letzte Frühstück umsonst. Toller Zug.Herzlichen Dank 😊

"Genau das richtige Hotel für mein Event in Köln"

Sehr gute Bahnanbindung, sehr freundliches Personal, Äpfel zum Mitnehmen an der Rezeption, Schlappen und Bademantel sowie eine Wasserflasche und Kaffeemaschine und ein funktionierendes Bügeleisen in dem sauberen Zimmer
