The staff is incredibly helpful. They got me taxis, helped me arrange appointments, and gave me directions and recommendations. Really good service! Also friendly. The room service is really good and quick.

The bathroom in the room. The door to the shower didn't fully close and there was a smell of drains coming out of the sink. The extractor fan didn't work. It could use with a little maintenance but nothing too bad.

Wonderful Customer Service from Vamos Addis. I booked three nights here for a trip in the new year. I booked through hotels.com, and chose the cheapest, non-refundable option. I also didn't have travel insurance. I have had to cancel due to a serious sudden health problem, and hotels.com would not refund, obviously, because of the room I booked. I reached out to the hotel, and they replied the same day, being totally undertsanding and granting my refund request. I am hoping to reschedule when I can, am looking forward to staying here so much!

El servicio de recogida fué excelente. El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto y alrededor hay varios restaurantes. El desayuno estaba bastante bien. Y el gimnasio era pequeño pero tenía una multipower bastante completa. Sin duda volvería!

Everything- i will always stay here going forward! - punctual complimentary airport shuttle - room was ready immediately when we checked in at 8am - very spacious room with kettle - very very clean - excellent location next to the airport and city - excellent wifi - staff were so helpful and nice. Thank you so much Our stay couldnt have been more perfect. Many thanks again

The staff were really good and the 24hr reception worked efficiently and speedily. Staff was always on hand for what ever request

The renovations in bathroom need to be taken care of and need to ensure bathroom has more lighting
