Huone oli tilava ja siisti. Runsas aamiainen, joka ei kuulunut huoneeni hintaan, mutta voi tilata lisämaksusta.

Ehkä autottomalle ja mielellään jalkaisin liikkuvalle vähän etäällä keskustasta, mutta bussi kyllä kulki hotellin läheltä.

Gute Lage. Gute Matratzen. Sehr gutes Restaurant im Hotel mit motiviertem Personal. Generell sehr freundliches Personal. Gegenüber des Hotels ein riesiger Supermarkt.

Die Duschkabine konnte man nicht richtig schliessen.

Sporco per i lavori in corso, ascensore che non funzionava e climatizzatore che non funzionava (forse ad aprile non si possono accendere)

Pulizia e colazione anche se era a pagamento

Non c’era il bar per bere anche solo un caffè

Bathroom, not much room on toilet seat

The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very clean. The inside of the hotel is quiet. The location is not attractive, but is convenient by taxi to the airport and train station, and walking distance to a variety of restaurants. (DO NOT GO TO THE CHINESE/JAPANESE RESTAURANT, but that is a separate review). The connected dinner restaurant is a separate business, but is also very good, although the menu is a bit limited.

The part of our experience that was unsatisfactory was not really the fault of the hotel itself, but really was a problem caused by BOOKING.COM. I booked a room for two people, which was clearly indicated on the BOOKING.COM confirmation, but they sent information to the hotel indicating only one person. Upon arrival, the only room available to accommodate two people had a gas station and car repair immediately outside the window, so it was very loud. Also, this room appeared to be a utility room of some sort that was converted to a guest room. It was not well laid out and the bathroom was extremely small.
