Location, felt safe, welcomed nicely by sweet receptionist even though we got there as she was closing up.

We paid for a double room with sofa bed and the sofa bed was sunk in to the point that I had trouble getting out of bed! We were in too 322 for reference.

Refrigerator noise kept us awake. Towel rack in bathroom was hanging off the wall.

Wer Straßenlärm, Schimmel im Bad und Kakerlaken im Bett! mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Für jeden anderen gilt: besser meiden. Ein völlig vereister Kühlschrank und ein verkalkter Wasserkocher passt zur obigen Beschreibung. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde uns abgelehnt, aber immerhin eine Erstattung der bezahlten Rechnung angeboten. Mangels Alternativen in der Hochsaison müssten wir eine Nacht bleiben und sind dann geflohen. Insgesamt die schlechteste Unterkunft unserer Australien Rundreise, dafür aber auch die teuerste.

the beds were not comfortable. Could benefit from mattress upgrades.

After a few days travelling I was hoping to do some washing and was excited that not only did they have a laundry with a washer and dryer, but it was FREE to use….. There was a tavern next door which was very nice. Room was neat, clean and fairly spacious.

The property is on a main road and it was very loud when we arrived, but later in the evening the traffic became less and all was ok.

Clean and comfortable room, pleasant staff.

Prices are always much more over Christmas holidays. On noisy road but very convenient to good pub for dinner (walking)
