The room was clean, spacious, and a decent shower. Facilities are minimal, the pool is there but so so and the bar isn't working. I rented a motorbike, which is pretty beat up (do take pictures before setting off). Most of the staff is friendly as I asked to extend by one night.

While I didn't have issues with the room I did have a few issues. First, upon checking in I was attempting to pay for the balance one of the staff a young man named "Vy" possibly with glasses tried to say all cards have a 3% tax even if using a local VN card. After some miscommunication he complained in Vietnamese right in front of me and I called him out (as I understand some of the language). While I understand he was frustrated, his behaviour is not acceptable in hospitality even if you suspect they don't speak their language if they cannot manage they should look at another position. Second, to rent a motorbike they ask for your Passport which I offered my TRC as I don't like to surrender my Passport (I believe that is not allowed under VN law this hotel should refrain from doing that as they are liable if the document is lost or stolen). Finally, while the property is okay be mindful of the location as you'll need to use Grab, rent a motorbike, or have a vehicle as there's nothing around.

Staff not able to communicate in English! Room was noisy and not clean! I had booked a Suite for a higher price so it should be expectable to have a nice room! The water called free in the reservation was overcharged by check out with 22.500 VND a bottle!
