The rooms in this hotel are quite comfortable and clean

Wifi was disaster, couldn’t load internet pages. Pool was closed and staff was not helpful, mostly because they only spoke Chinese.

have to wear swimming cap in the pool, which is fine. However, if you don't have one instead of loaning a cap (like other 5 stars hotels would), they sell one at RMB100 each.

前台不是特别专业，酒店房间应该是无烟房间，实际上有很大烟味，客房也没告知前台，自己重新下楼去和前台投诉才更换了房间，而且还是一个叫小雪的服务人员来安排，才给楼层免费升级加送了一个果盘。 酒店硬件设施还可以，但是所谓的view房间，实际上分配的房间正对对面一栋大楼，跟个大碑一样。 退房时，旁边柜台的前台给顾客提供了点心赠送，自己对的前台直接说你可以走了，感觉受到了歧视。
