Very clean, friendly, delicious breakfast, highly recommended

The front desk person was polite. Took care of the noisy person and let us move to a different room.

I loved the customer service however the bed was hard, no comforter, microwave didn’t work, roll out bed was dirty and old

The staff was nice but the room smelled like cigarettes and the ac, while cold, was loud. There was also a constant drip.

The place and rooms look nothing like the pictures. I paid for a room with a jetted tub. It was old and didn't work. The front desk person told me someone will come out tomorrow and fix it. That didn't work for me because I only booked for one day. I requested a refund and was denied. I will still request a refund.

The top floor smelled badly of urine and the bottom floor smelled like marijuana. Overall friendly, decent price, would probably come again as long as I'm on the bottom floor 😅
