Staff and food is great

The bed in 107 is to hard. The water smells and taste bad.

The restaurant and Mariah was very awesome when she found out I was charged for my service dog she corrected it right away.

The young girl at the front desk when I arrived was rude and charged me for my service dogs. The king size room my daughter was in smelled like weed so bad it was making her sick. The water smelled like sewer and tasted bad through the tap and made my cousin sick.

The location was right off the interstate.

Upon checking in and going to the room, first thing I noticed was the carpets were badly stained, had a bad smell in the room, found hair in the bedding, the bathroom was dirty, found a stink bug on the carpet and the showerhead was nasty. I went and used my own money to buy cleaning supplies to clean the room to make it bearable. But the worst thing was once we turned on the water. It smell like sewage like toxins, and I could not take it no more and I had to check out within a few hours of checking in. I was professional and respectful and explaining the reason of checking out within a few hours and the front desk understood but she was fairly new and did not know how to check me out within a few hours without a fee. I expressed this to her and she said she will talk to the manager and get back to me which I never got a call from the manager. I did return to follow up because I forgot my iwatch in the room. I had to reserve another hotel without any refund from this one and they are still trying to charge me for a full weekend when I didn’t even stay there but a couple of hours and to top it all off I clean the room that should’ve been semi-decent to be rented out to the public, as far as water that is inhumane to expect that people would shower in sewage smelling water that is not even clear. Maintenance was aware of this issue and no one was informed upon checking in. That would’ve made a whole difference of me taking the room to begin with. I feel it is very unprofessional and immoral to have a customer pay for that kind of service I have expressed my reasoning via email and still have not been answered too It’s been two days. I am writing this because I did read all the reviews. I looked at the pictures, and that is the only reason why I went against my better judgment in reserving his place that had 2 stars. This is not one of those places that you get what you pay for because this was not the cheapest place around. I definitely overpaid.

Parking was right up in front of our room. Motel is right off freeway at a somewhat remote truck stop. So less worry about undesirables on foot breaking into cars as you'd have staying in Eugene proper. Front desk staff was very nice. Place is dated but beds are comfortable and room was not gross.

Although personally I didnt mind, I think many wouldve found the place dated and a little run down. Pool was empty. Room gave off 70's vibes.

The light over the sink didn't work.

I’m rating this hotel relative to the price I paid compared to other hotels on game night near Eugene. This hotel was $93 after-tax versus every other hotel was around $300.

The room stunk of cigarettes. And there was a hole in the bathroom door.
