In facility restaurant was very good Mexican food. Property is older and has undergone some much needed improvements. The parking lot is in rough shape.

"Nice place to stay in Watertown if looking for hotel close to Lake!"

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bathroom was well kept with fresh towels and a separate mirror and countertop just outside so two people could shower and get ready at the same time. Air conditioning worked very well. Location was just 10 minutes from Lake Kampeshka and close to grocery stores, department stores, gas/convenience stations, and several restaurants.

Lighting in the room was adequate but not as bright as I prefer.

"Staff was friendly but no adjustment was made to price for our clogged sink. Brushing your teeth over the toilet was not"

Biggest issue was we couldn’t use our bathroom sink because it was clogged! No elevator and getting to 2nd floor with luggage was difficult as we are both older Ice machine broken down AC very loud
