I keep coming back here again and again. First of all, it’s always quiet. The beds and rooms are very comfortable. Shops, bakeries, cafés, and Supernova are all within walking distance. There’s always hot water in the bathroom. The rooms have a kettle and cups, as well as hangers for clothes. Plus, the Wi-Fi works perfectly with no issues. I love this place like my second home. The owner of this place is a very kind and positive woman. She always answers any questions and is ready to help if you have any difficulties. Overall, the price and quality are perfectly balanced.

Rooms Miki is a very comfortable place to stay in. The beds are soft, the room is spacious, the bathroom is also nice. There's a kettle and cup/glass/spoon to make drinks, there's a shared fridge in the hallway but it's clean and people didn't touch my things. The host is very kind and helpful, the check in/out are easy, she will send you the code to enter the building. I stayed here last year in September as well and had the same positive impression.

It's a bit far from everything, but there are a tram stop and supermarket very nearby so it's not a big issue. Some locals aren't a fan of the Dubrava area, but I've personally had no bad impressions and interactions and felt very safe.
