The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to assist, making one feel comfortable and welcome.

The availability of hot water was a challenge during our stay. In addition, towels were not provided in our rooms upon arrival, and we had to request them from reception.

"Ideal place to stay"

Rooms were neat, clean linen, all necessary equipments needed in the room were there. Only struggled with warm water for shower otherwise. When going back to Mbombela I would stay with them again 😊Receptionist was kind aswell.

My needs were met. I have no issue.
