Oceanfront location was great. Very quiet and peaceful. My only comment to improve the property is to have a small fitness center for exercise.

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for our family of five. Clean and comfortable. Great location! We will return!

As a Mom traveling with teenage girls - we felt safe @ vistas on the Gulf - parking is right by elevator and security guard on site. Covid precautions also taken - property was clean and well run. Gulf views are beautiful right on the beach - Publix chic fila and Walgreens a stones throw away and they deliver. We loved the hot tub - clean w good jets - pool clean and wasn’t crowded while we were there - there were a few tiny issues w the dishwasher not working but reported to office. Definitely would stay here again.

Condo 201,was as described online (2B/2BA) Slept 6(with sofa sleeper)Pics online did not give this place justice. Had been updated! Everything clean and functional. Deck off extra bedroom&off living area to ocean view. Pool&hot tub, tons of chairs. Easy access to private beach. Attentive& helpful management!

We experienced several problems with our unit, #306. Dirty dishes were put away in the cabinets, toilet seat was not properly installed, kitchen faucet was not bolted down to sink, and we had parking issues with a condo owner.This unit is not very well maintained. Location on the beach is great. We enjoyed heated pool and hot tub. Office staff was very nice and responsive.

The condo was very clean and close to great restaurants/shops/grocery stores and most important, THE BEACH! I would not only recommend this place, but I’d stay again!

Overall we had a great time. We had a two bedroom two bath number 411 on the end. We asked for a great beach view after reading the reviews but got the end unit closest to the street. I’m not sure I wanted a unit that overlooks the pool either though. It’s walking distance out the back of the condo to the beach anyway. Our unit was a little dirty, since you pay $150 for the cleaning fee. We found food under our couch/pullout bed. Our unit had laundry and a dishwasher. The balcony was extra large being the end unit. There was a hot tub and pool, both great temperatures. We used the nice gas grills two of the nights. The pool wasn’t too small for us, the deep end is 4 feet. It was never congested and beach access to the white sandy beach was just steps away. My one complaint was the master bathroom sink was clogged and when we checked in on Tuesday I mentioned it. Guy didn’t come until Thursday to check it, and left a note that he serviced it. However, it still was clogged our entire stay. Master bath never got hot water. Office lady insisted I wasn’t letting it run long enough or the handle was backwards. Which it was not. We used to the other bathroom for a hot shower. Nice beach towel rentals from office are $10 each, and when you return them you get the money back, cash only. We would definitely come back.

Amazing location on the beach... Emily in the office was wonderful when we had some issues and concerns... the rooms were beautiful and very spacious. Our family loved it! Already booked for next year!

Fabulous vacation at Vistas on the Gulf. Our condo was perfect for our stay. We were a family of four, me, my husband, daughter and granddaughter. Easy check in and check out. Clean condo in excellent condition. Pool and hot tub very clean. Beach access right there. Parking under the condo and along the sides. Can’t wait to return.

Fabulous location, lovely beach. Walgreens and Publix within walking distance. Pool was small but very clean. Very friendly staff. Our room had 2 bedrooms, 2nd bedroom was quite small, sufficient for kids so worked well for us but perhaps not adults.
