staff was not friendly and room info disorganized. Also they gave me an extremely okd room with a very uncomfortable bathroom.

We love staying at Aspen Square Condominiums when we visit Aspen. It is truly a "home away from home." The staff is always so welcoming and warm and all the rooms are beautiful and spacious! The location is perfect-across the street from the Gondola and close to all the action in downtown Aspen. Having City Market across the street is so convenient as well. We highly recommend Aspen Square!

Everything was just perfect including the location of the hotel, hospitality of the staff which took care of our requests before the arrival. This was our first visit to Aspen and this hotel was the perfect choice. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and memorable!
