Coco Sands Beachside Cottages

Wonderful trip! The place was very thoughtful in the amenities it provided, and the cottage was adorable — and right on the beach! I would absolutely stay there again.

The cottage was great. It had everything we needed and I was impressed by the amount of beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrellas available. It was clean and they communicated with us very well.

Very clean, cozy and quiet! A hidden gem with an incredible view❤️

There are three buildings, cottages 1-4 is closest to the road, cottages 5-6 are in the middle, cottage 7 is along the beach. We stayed in cottage 6 which is accessed up a flight of stairs to its balcony. The suite had a nice living room with a tv, kitchen with a stove and dishwasher, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The decor was nice and the unit well-maintained.

The south beaches of Cocoa Beach are really the best, and these cottages are located in a quiet area compared to other places close to the pier. I was a solo traveler, but this would be a great place for a family get away as well.

The property was well maintained and clean. Direct access to the beach. Great comminuted with the staff.

The location is incredible. We had a two bedroom which had a large living area, a nice bathroom and a large kitchen. We were only there for one night so we did not use many of the amenities, but I loved the fact that I could walk directly to the beach and enjoy a morning walk.
