Coco Sands Beachside Cottages

Location was fantastic. The photographer was a true professional. Expected a cottage not a 1940’s upstairs apartment with generous amounts of lipstick added! Pay a little more and stay in a nearby condo complex.

Cannot beat the location of this property. Right on the beach. Although the listing is a little deceptive with showing all the pics of ALL the units - unit #1 was much smaller than anticipated. Make sure you confirm what unit you are booking and ask for pics of that particular unit so you aren’t surprised when you arrive. It was clean and well-kept. Just very small.

It was clean. Misrepresented. Was not on beach. Had to walk. Not as pictured.

Property was quite small, but very clean and nicely decorated.

The number in our party pushed the limits of the cottages, but the having the rooms do close together was ideal for our extended family.

It was a nice property.

This place was amazing. We were the only guest most the time we were there. It was so quiet and had an amazing view of the ocean from our deck. If you rent here you definitely want to try and get apartment 6, 7, or 8 as they all have the ocean view. Only takes a minute to walk down to the ocean. Fully furnished full kitchen. If I ever come back this is where I plan on staying. Only downside is if you get there after dark YOU WILL MISS IT. There is no street lighting and if there isn’t any other guests it’s just a dark spot. But worth the money. Five stars

Especially accommodating to our needs. Would definitely recommend this place. It’s right on the beach and they have chairs, beach towels and sand toys available for our use

Our Cottage wasn't exactly a cottage as advertised , these are 4 plex 2 storey buildings with a very small balcony for 2 people..although it can sleep 4. Best left for 2 people .... It is extremely difficult to move around with pull out couch open and cant even open the couch with coffee table, which we put in kichen under counter overhang, and the 2 people sleeping in living room have to come through befroom to use bathroom.... The apt is cute, well decorated, all the ammmenties you need including beach towels, chairs, soaps sunscreen and more. Very noisy being right on Altlantic Blvd. Traffic started very early and woke us daily. Better units would be units 5, 6 and 7 on the beach .. ammenties at rear as shown in pictures are not for everyones use, only for unit #7.. only one deck with 4 chairs for everone to use. Although we loved the apt.... there was construction going on and a dump bin sitting at rear . I would stay again but not with 4 people. I think proerty shoud re title their units as they are not cottages . That was the main reason i booked this because i thought we could walk right in front door and have a small backyard patio..

This property is clean, well designed interior, kitchen had everything we needed and the sunrise view is spectacular over the ocean. The property is on the beach so except for food there is nothing else required to enjoy your stay!
