Clarion Pointe Winslow I-40

We enjoyed the facilities. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was perfect

The swimming pool was not heated & too cold to use. My grandkids were really looking forward to swimming. They were disappointed.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The facility was close to Interstate. It was old and needed upkeep

I told check-in clerk (Alicia) I am travelling with pets. I was informed there would be $50 fee. I asked per animal or per room and was told per animal. I replied, OK I have to yorkies less than 10 lbs each. After, my husband returned the luggage trolley he was told here is a $250 fine for not declaring the pets. I came down and spoke with the manager and informed her I did declare both pets. She was extremely rude and said there is a statement on the website that informs of the $250 fine. I once again stated I did declare my pets. Later after checking the website I did not see anything about the fine. I went back to front desk and brought up the issue. I was told that I am not being charged $250 but would be charged $100 for the 2 pets. The exchange was argumentative and if I wasn't already sick I would have left. Later Alicia came to our room complaining we were slamming doors. This was not true. Overall, my experience was terrible with this facility and I would never recommend it for anyone.
