Needs a lot of updating. Most of the room doors look like someone had taken a crowbar to them to break in. Appears to be a very old hotel and they used products from other hotels as they were selling of their used accessories. The breakfast was on the slim side. Only hot item was the waffles.

Well it starts with a friendly welcome by Sean { night desk person} his positive energy and customer service skills are excellent !!! My sister-in-law required an ADA room and the Clarion Pointe -Winslow delivered..My wife had a Double Queen Bed Room..Beds were really comfortable, Bathroom had plenty of towels with hand and shower soap..Excellent WiFi--Handicapped Parking was close to our room...They have a good variety of breakfast items for the continental breakfast...Cold Cereal---Packaged Oatmeal--Waffle Maker--Bagels---Bread for Toast--Variety of Cold Juices--Milk--Coffee...The morning desk person Ronica , also has excellent customer service skills has well..Jericho Leyva { General Manager} has a winning team with Sean & Ronica
