Café da manhã muito bom, bem completo, com diversas opções de comida, atendeu muito bem às nossas expectativas. A localização é excelente, com facilidade para chegar, e está em um local bem seguro.

No geral foi tudo muito bem, somente percebemos que está quase na hora de ter uma reforma nos quartos, mas nada que atrapalhasse a nossa estadia. O local é silencioso e confortável para dormir.

Hotel ótimo, a localização nas proximidades está tudo um pouco degradado…mas isso não é responsabilidade do hotel mas sim da cidade de Lisboa que em certos locais está suja e degradada

"Rude staff but good location"

Nice location near to public transportation stations

Staff. First the staff at the reception are quite rude. One or two are good but the rest not. There is a lady who is quite rude and not friendly. We didnt have the water bottle in the room and I asked for it and she said its not there because I drank it. That’s not how you treat the customers. I expected more from Ramada.
