Hutchi Bell

Was awakened at approximately 0135 by yelling in hallway and pounding on a door down the hall. The South Hutchinson Police were on property threatening to kick a room door open if the occupants did not respond. Officers were outside my window also. This motel has gone down hill since the last time I visited. As with the slow response at check in for someone to come to the front desk and the fact that nobody during the day speaks English without use of a translator app except for the evening staff I will never stay there again.

Unfortunately this time we were very dissatisfied. We didn’t have a blanket on the bed only a sheet and a decorative sheet thing which was a sheet form form. We for some reason which no one said anything. That our room floors were wet.

Room was clean. Bed comfortable.

room was hot, wouldn't cool off, pool was down for repairs and that wasn't listed before I got the room and that was why I got the room at this hotel, fridge was frozen so wouldn't keep food cold, and water leaked in shower.

Overcharged by 10.00. I got my CC notice that this hotel charged me 10.00 too much. I signed the bill with tax 54.90 but was charged 65.00!!!!!!!!!!

Expedia showed they provided breakfast, they didn’t, Expedia showed coffee in room, there was none. Some of the furniture was torn or damaged. Bed was comfortable, shower was great. Hall carpet had dog feces on it. Don't think I will be staying there again.
