Springfield Inn TN

Room was nice and clean however went to take a shower when we got in for the night and there was no hot water. Thats the only complaint i have. Other than that the Ladies at the front desk were nice when checking in. If id complained about it they probably wouldve tried to solve the problem i dont know. I was so tired i just went to bed. May try holiday inn next time.

Price was affordable, beds were ok enough, king size bedrooms were very large w/laminate flooring, large TV, staff very friendly, almost makes me sad for them to tell what i didn't like. Oh, no bugs!

After going out and purchasing cleaning supplies, sheets, blankets and towels, and then cleaning the whole place, it was doable. Whomever gets our room next, you're welcome! The blankets & sheets had burn holes, long dark hair under the pillows. By having plastic covered pillows would make the yellow stains obsolete, a mop would take care of the drips all over the walls, scrubbing bubbles w/bleach takes away the dark tub stains and sanitizes the toilet, sink, counter, fridge, microwave, & door knobs. Lysol wipes for tables, remote, light switches, mirror, dryer & iron. And maybe clean the shower curtain each and every time! No coffee maker-but i probably wouldn't want to use it. Had to wait 2 days for hot water tank to be fixed, 3rd day it kept going cold. Lesson here is, test out the place before reserving a week. By putting a little money and effort into the place, it could become a great motel!

stay was not good, had no hot water, could shower or clean up. was told of this at checkin, no time to get another room. $98 is way to much to pay for a room just to sleep.

The location it was super close to where I had to go the next morning

The room floor was super dirty, the tub was dirty there was a few stains on the bed sheets

Room was dirty dead roaches on the floor. Walked across it in white socks, feet were black at the end .Bed was very uncomfortable slept on top of covers in my clothes because sheets were stained and dirty , no travel soaps or shampoo.

Although it was not so easy to locate, and a little out of the way, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. A very good value! A good selection of fast food close by. No coffee in room but the coffee in the lobby was really excellent! The door to the bathroom has too many coats of paint and will not close easily. Personnel were professional and courteous. Would stay there again.
