Springfield Inn TN

When we got there to check in we realized the property was unacceptable to us. It is an extended stay property that changes the whole vibe of a hotel. We asked to cancel our reservation and was told we’d be charged anyway.

This place is a safety issue. We booked online and when we arrived it was unacceptable. Dark and a lot of people sitting around outside. We asked to cancel the reservation because we felt too unsafe to stay. They refused and proceeded to charge $99.39. I called the front desk back and the clerk said no refunds and hung up on us. Would NOT recommend this place.

Bathroom nasty need holes in wall fixed never cleaned room

Beds was the worst beds we ever slept in! My back still hurts after 24 hours later! When we tried to check in there was no one at the desk, we had to call the hotel phone and the guy that was running the desk was out in his car sleeping!

Great staff very friendly very clean staff was truly amazing including the younger manager who was there to help with the check in very friendly will definitely stay again if in the area

Everything, 10 degrees and the heat doesn't work, water doesn't get hot and the assistant manager wasn't much help and refused change my room. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY ONE!!!

A very nice & comfortable hotel that provides great value to me and my family to experience the Springfield TN hospitality! The owners are always eager to make my stay enjoyable & make each stay an enjoyable one!

Was very disappointed when we got in our room. When pulling down the covers on the bed, one had hair all over the bed sheets and the other bed had stains all over the sheets and even had snot on one of the pillowcases. We called down to the front desk and told them but all they had was one room available up stairs and I’m disabled and can’t not walk the stairs; so she brought us new sheets and we had to make our own beds up. The bathtub really needs a good cleaning. And every time you sat on the bed it sounded like it was gonna fall in. Very very disappointed. Upon checking out we asked to speak to the manager and requested half our money back due to us having to make the beds up ourselves cause the staff didn’t do their job and we was informed that he would say something to his boss but their was nothing he could do. $85.00 a night plus a $50.00 deposit. Will NOT be going back to this place EVeR.
