"Room was clean and comgy... breakfast could have been better, but overall a nice place."

"Nice stay, two days."

We went in and the TV remote didn't work, they couldn't figure it out either, so they moved us to a different room, all no problem, very nice.

This was a wonderful stay for a concert. Easy drive to the venue, safe and quiet area. Staff were friendly, beds were comfortable and air conditioning was cold. A few questionable stains on the couch, but we didn’t need to sit there. I’d definitely stay again.

Cleanliness and friendly staff

Asked for late check out and was only given 30 additional minutes. There was probably 10 guest in the entire building. So didn’t think it would be an issue to checkout at an hour or two later. But it all worked out ok.

"Close to Ampthitheatre"

We always stay at this particular hotel because it is very close to Ameris Bank Amphitheatre. I have stayed here 3 times this year it is very convenient.

Supervisor Antoine or Antwon cancelled our reservation with communicating to third party Expedia that it was cancelled. Booking was paid in full - no clarity provided on why our reservation was cancelled. No apologies for cancelling our reservation - very disappointing of Marriott. Huge inconvenience especially after taking an 8+ hour trip and being informed that he simply decided to cancel our paid reservation.
