"Too expensive for what you get"

The room itself was clean and tidy. Bed very comfortable.

Noise level of people upstairs. Parking is absolutely crap! Not enough parking space. People take your spot when you go out. Not enough parks. Entry is shit for big cars. The restaurant wasn't open.

Sheets were fresh, bathroom was modern and clean! Bed was comfortable.

Walls were thin, could hear people in next room which meant they could hear us. Plumbing was LOUD!!! There was a sign on the back of the door saying there was asbestos in the ceiling. The door was maybe swollen it was a struggle to shut it without slamming it and possibly disturbing neighbours.

"Exceptional Stay - Clean, Welcoming, and Fantastic Food!"

ā€‹We have found our new go-to overnight spot in Rockhampton! From the moment I opened the door to our room, I knew we were in a good placeā€”it smelled incredibly clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, especially the fresh milk offered at check-in. ā€‹A huge shoutout to Mit, who was so welcoming during our stay. It really feels like a well-run family business, as we saw Mit again at the on-site restaurant. ā€‹Speaking of the restaurantā€”wow! I wasn't sure what to expect, so I played it safe with a Chicken Parmi, and it was huge, served with a fresh salad and great chips. My husband had the pasta, which was also delicious. We even had "meal envy" looking at another diner's lamb cutlets; they looked and smelled incredible! Compliments to the chefā€”we will definitely be returning specifically to try the steak and those cutlets next time. ā€‹The location is also very convenient with an ALDI and a BP within easy walking distance. Highly recommend this motel to anyone passing through Rocky!

The little closet has an extra pillow, blanket, iron and ironing board which was all just thrown in there. Didn't make me want to use the extra pillow. The wall under the desk was dirty and the bottom shower door could have been cleaned better with some bleach.
