الشقة لايوجد فيها تكييف ac فقط مراوح للأسف والمكان رطب وحار وكلشي رطب بكونه الموقع في اماكن مطيرة والحمام لايوجد فيه فتحات تهوية والمكان في حشرات ، وحجزت المكان بناء على التقييم ولاكن لم يكن بالمستوى المطلوب . ولايوجد مطعم او خدمات فقط في سوبر ماركت صغير وبسيط جدا ولا يفي بالغرض وكلشي بعيد تحتاج تاكسي للوصل

Housekeeping can do a better job making sure the room are clean and bathroom.

the room is above my expectation. so big! i came with my husband and i get twin room. i thought i got two single bed but i get two small queen bed! For the price at first i thought that if this kind of price that i get, so its suitable with two single bed but the price above our expectation with what we got! the room that i get also include chair and big tv! seems like i book for family room not twin room. The place is nearby with city area too and so easy access. Definitely will come back again to stay at this hotel. tq GVR!

i got connecting room. guest next door which is their kids accidently almost open our door. luckily the mom play the role avoid the kids play with the door. i think GVR need to alert with the connecting room to avoid the guest worry with their things and safety.

Voor 3 personen geboekt, maar voor 2 personen handdoeken. Een derde handdoek moet meteen worden afgerekend. Slechte service

The room is spacious, clean and truly value for money. Large flat screen TV with couches and study table it feels like one grade higher than the price we paid.

Sometimes there is a strange mildly unpleasant smell in the bathroom. the bathroom itself smells excellent but maybe the smell comes from the drains.

The room was very spacious. Big enough for comfortable settee and chairs. T.V. was huge. The place is very quiet. Staff very friendly. The location, not bad not far from the town center.

Even though the location is not far from the town center, the hotel is in the valley. Walking to the town center is a climb.
