The picture was broken and sitting on air conditioner...the maid came in our room and took all towels and washcloths out and didn't replace them...snack machine took my money rude employees terrible experience

Nothing

People were rude I was asked to leave because I have a service dog. Nothing was clean. The lights flickered when you sat on the bed.

The price was pretty cheap for a last minute booking.

Bed blankets were paper thin and stained. Towels were stained. The entire building smells like a giant ash tray. Bathroom was definitely not cleaned well. The sink faucet was about to fall off. The couch looked nasty , we did not sit on it at all . The carpet was absolutely atrocious but we had flip flops thank goodness.

I didn't like Nothing because nothing was clean the smell in the hallway and in the room was terrible the microwave didn't work the refrigerator didn't work the couch was nasty the floor was filthy and in the bathroom the commode was full of mold and the jacuzzi was filthy nasty they don't clean and it was terrible

I didn't like any of it they overpaid me when I booked it through booking.com it said $135 but when I got there they charge my card for $265 I even show proof we couldn't even get to the pool to swim they kept the gate locked when they told us to pool open at 10:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.

It was a place to stay for the night.

Light bulbs burned out. I asked to replace was told didn't know where they were. Manager would be back and check later. No tissues in the bathroom. Breakfast was not appealing. Yogurt was warm tasted bad. Lock on bathroom broken on the inside. Got locked in because child turned the lock on the outside.

Stay was horrible. It was dirty . Got a room with a jacuzzi it didn’t work properly! Ice machine was molded !

I would like to thank the managers at Days Inn for accommodating me and my service dog during my recent stay. They were courteous and even checked me in early! The accommodations were great and their maintenance man was very helpful by connecting my X-box to the TV in my room. Overall my stay was pleasant. The only negative things that I dealt with was having to show my paperwork for my service dog to an employee who didn't check me in and the broken bottles and trash around the area where I walked my service dog. I had to take care that he didn't step on any of the broken glass. If that area could be cleaned up it would make it easier for other service dogs. Thank you again for accommodating me and my service dog.
