"Superb"

Laura and Pete were very friendly and we had only been there 5 minutes and they were making us cups of tea. The facilities were great and Laura made a lovely breakfast.

We couldn't get the shower to produce more than warm water which wasnt great when we were wet and cold .

"Fantastic place with everything if you're not wanting the crowds"

We stayed in the same room as last year, because of the view ,the bed is comfy and the room is spacious,Laura and Pete are great hosts nothing was too much trouble.lovely breakfast too.freshwater beach is a ten minute drive,not crowded at all and beautiful.
