Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, my byliśmy tylko przejazdem w trakcie wycieczki objazdowej po południowych Włoszech i poza sezonem, ale spokojnie można spacerem dojść do starówki i sławnej plaży w Polignano a Mare...rano w lutym plażę mieliśmy na wyłączność:) Obiekt oferuje bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe. Mieszkanie urządzone funkcjonalnie i ma wszystko co potrzebne. Oczywiście kwestia ogrzewania we Włoszech wygląda inaczej niż w Polsce. W mieszkaniu klimatyzacja tylko w salonie, ale dała radę ogrzać również sypialnie, choć dla niektórych może być za zimno.
